Independent Projects
I worked on this project over the span of 6 months, my first experience fully modeling, texturing, and rigging characters. I created this during my internship with Impossible Engine, with their advice and supervision. Read more about my process creating Potions...

Main roles: writer and director
Secondary roles: graphic designer, editor
I began writing Game Face in February 2026. I had learned that the Q Center at the University of Washington had free printing, and when I informed my roommates, one of them said, "Can you imagine if a straight guy dressed up really really gay in order to use the printing there?" Of course, anyone can use the printing there, a common joke within Game Face.
My goal with Game Face was to talk about queer/straight relationships and queer expectant fashion is a light hearted, comedic way that anyone can interact with and relate to. One common misconception that is that this is the story of Jake, the main character, learning that he is gay. Jake is straight, he just learns that anyone can dress in anyway, and it doesn't change who you are.
Game Face is not yet available for viewing, but it will be when it is posted on the Lux: Film Production Club Youtube.
Role: art department, puppet handler
I designed different outfits for The Puppet, and sewed or crocheted all of her costumes. On set, I was in charge of styling and taking care of her. I also operated her in a few scenes, and I can be seen as an extra starting at 0:19. I worked together with the director to create her outfits, and to operate her in the film.
Here are some of the design concepts that I came up with:

Role: assistant camera operator
Role: art department, PA
I worked with other members of the art department to create some of the puppets, and operated many of the puppets. I worked with the directors and DP to "act" as these vegetables, and all of the ketchup blood splatters are my handy work.
